HOW TO USE

1. Find the spot. Type any US address or coordinates. The year list changes to match the state you're looking at.
2. Pick years. Click a year for A, shift-click (or right-click) for B. Switch to Swipe or Fade to compare, or hit Space to flip through every year.
3. Set the area. D to drag a box, "Use view", a square around the center, or (in Delaware) "Use parcel" from a parcel popup.
4. Download. Choose years, format and resolution. "Max" pulls each year at its native sharpness; large areas are fetched as tiles and stitched automatically. GeoTIFFs and world files drop straight into QGIS / ArcGIS.

Where the years come from: the 1980s set is USDA's map-aligned scan of the national high-altitude photos (black-and-white or color-infrared). NAIP years are USDA farm-program flights (about 0.6 m). Best is the sharpest recent imagery USGS holds for the spot. Delaware adds its FirstMap sets back to 1926. Esri Wayback years (dashed) can be viewed and compared but not downloaded.

Not every year covers every spot — the year buttons and timeline dim years with no imagery where you're looking.
